Over the last 20+ years, it has been our privilege to serve the residents of Kiawah, Seabrook, and Johns Islands at Seacoast Sports and Outfitters, Kiawah Spirits, and Kiawah Wines. We are incredibly grateful for your loyal support!
As a local business, we are continuously evaluating how to best serve you while managing the rising costs of operations. To ensure we can maintain the high standard of quality and service you expect from us, we will be transitioning away from our local discount program at three stores, effective May 11th, 2026.
Your continued support allows us to remain a vibrant part of the Freshfields Village community. We look forward to seeing you in our shops soon.Indulge in our exclusive selection of rare and limited-edition whiskeys from renowned distilleries. From single malts to small-batch bourbons, we offer the best of the best.
Why are you doing this now? We have tried for several years now to continue to offer this discount. It has become apparent that this is not feasible.
Which costs are you referring to when you state that costs have risen? Almost all of our costs have risen in recent years. Rent and labor are our two largest costs.
If you are making so much money, why are you doing this? Our end of the year profit has gone from a reasonable profit 5+ years ago, to almost no profit in the last several years.
We are local residentsand/or club members, what can we do to help? Shop local! Frequently shop in all of our locations in Freshfields Village and go online to tell everyone else about us!
Will I be able to continue to get a discount at your Freshfields Village locations in any way? We will continue to offer a 10% discount for any of our Black Card members (FortyEight – Wine Bar & Kitchen) at our Kiawah Wines store (15% for wine case purchases). And we will continue to offer a 10% discount for all purchases of 6 or more bottles (750 ml or larger) at Kiawah Spirits.
How can I get more information about this new policy or to obtain a Black Card? Please go to any of our websites or call one of our locations. If you still have questions, please email our owner, loren.beadle@gmail.com:

When we joined our club, we were told that we would get discounts at Freshfields Village stores? We are not associated with the Kiawah Island Club, the Seabrook Island Club, nor the Governor’s Club in any way. We are a privately owned and operated enterprise. Over the last 20+ years, we have had four different landlords, and the first landlord was the original Kiawah Partners (the original developers of Freshfields Village).
